  3. I appreciated the reminder of the interconnectedness of these "Four Pillars." Ted stressed the need to BALANCE them. All SHOULD BE FELT and not suppressed.

    At age 70, a Camp Fire survivor with PTSD, a full-time caregiver for my 92-year-old mother, I find, like Jade, I process my emotions while moving (at times frantically) but don't always share them. Going to work on that to reduce stress.

    Following Ted's example: Introduce 1 thing/week: Stretching, then a walk, then light exercise. Thanks!
