I'm glad that this is the first Monday Morning Jumpstart I've attended, and that I chose to watch it! I'm a fairly confident person--keeping humble is a bigger challenge for me--though insecurities are a major barrier to my writing. Fear of success should absolutely be on my list!

So true. Tks for the reminder. We should all try to make this sentiment viral and pass it along.

I have hardly ever felt insecure. Not in learning about nursing, not in being a nurse, not in teaching scuba Diving not in being a mother, not in life issues. I am totally insecure about this writing world and I can't get past it...yet

Although I published a news letter each month, I feel that I don't have the confidence to write for someone else.I know what i know but know nothing about them!

I am thankful that I found this Monday morning message on Insecurity! I used to write for the media (NBC) before I even knew I could write and subsequently see my press releases in The Washington Post. I have been away from writing because I have been insecure about not being current with the latest tools and techniques. I am also grateful for AWAI and the amazing offerings! Thank you everyone for what you are doing to build talented, powerful and confident writers!! I'm now on my way!
