Great job on Monday Morning Jumpstart today. Due to economic and political reasons, a corrupt political party, poor treatment of those needing mental health care instead of a being shot, plus war I think we are all affected and it brings out a lot of fear and anger and perhaps another emotion, guilt in those who have the resources to not be worried about the economy and their finances. Plus persecution of LGBTQ people there is a lot to cause this to be a very uncomfortable time for all of us.

Emotion can bury you. People with mental illness can attest to that. Especially in today's world. I am sad when I see the news. My secret is to see it, address it mentally, and then physically get out and work it off with exercise, music, trees, and solitude. Then I sit with my hands on my computer in preparation for the day and pray for clarity in all of it. It all helps me get to happy. Where I want to be in my life.
Then I can sit and work, look for clients and hear more nuggets from AWAI

During April 2022, I underwent an emotional transformation. While attempting to cancel a subscription, I became the victim of fraud, scamming and near extortion. The experience has left me shaken, but not defeated. Vulnerability, esp seniors, is rampant. Wrting the story has allowed me to take action and warn folks to 'Beware and Aware'. Emotion in check.
