This is my first time watching. I needed to hear this message this morning. Lately, I have been giving nearly all my attention to the little pebbles and sand.
Thank you. Great message!

Great video! Big thanks!
As a Transformational Coach Practitioner, as well as a Profession Writer, I confidently say this is on point - sound advice!
Daoists refer to Earthly matters as the "10,000" things. But in these modern times, it may even feel like 100,000 things! No wonder there are so many stressed and anxious souls!
To know but not to do, is not to know though! This video is a great reminder to me to practice what I preach.
Now, where did I put those rocks?

I love these Monday Jumpstart videos! They are short = easily consumed but if you watch the videos, pay attention to what is being said, in particular pay attention to "The Questions" It can bring things into focus. It can give you a deeper, more thought-provoking understanding of what is important to you, and "Your WHY".

I cannot recommend these sessions highly enough. Sometimes I don’t get to watch until Tuesday, but they are perfect any day of the week.

I keep trying to work on those big rocks and I have carved out the 30 minutes a day for the writing. So far so good. I'm a newbee, I'm taking courses and trying to figure out how to start. I have my first blog written but I got so confused by Word Press and Blue Host that I didn't publish. Now I know that I can publish on linked in but I'm waiting until I finish the 21 day course. I don't know if that means I am filling the jar with sand and pebbles or just procrastinating.
