Professional Background:
My writing in the past 16 years has been in the tightly critical realm of academia as a university professor. I have been successful, with over 30 publications.
However, I find academic writing to be limited and formulaic. I am looking forward to being self-employed, able to be more creative and inventive as I was when working at CNN/Turner Learning. There I developed writing to coordinate with CNN TV documentaries, movie series, and more.
