Hello, my name is Dylan Schott. In high school I was an editor/contributor for an underground school newspaper. I wrote my 1st newsletter, the Augsburg Legend, back in 1990 to let family and friends back in the U.S. know about my adventures and opinions while stationed in Germany with the 701st MI Brigade. Writing, and getting the message out, have been a passion for as long as I can remember.
Since leaving the Army in 1992, I’ve spent many years in some form of I.T. outsourcing or managed services. Helpdesk…field support…desktop support…enterprise software support.
What I’ve learned is that most Managed Services providers believe in what they’re doing, but they don’t know how to get the message out. I take the guesswork out of their marketing campaigns.
