Mr. Michael Kearns received his MBA from Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pa. and BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University. Mr. Kearns was engaged as a Benefit Authorizer and a Claims Administrator with the Social Security Administration in Philadelphia for a ten year career. He then decided to pursue a career with the Department of the Navy in Washington, DC. There he was employed as a Training Specialist involved in writing and editing training plans. He subsequently engaged in Logistics Management analysis specializing in supply support. In that capacity, he drafted contract and funding proposals. Upon leaving civil service, he pursued Information Technology desktop support and cyber security analysis and was involved in drafting white papers with Northrop Grumman Corporation.
