Professional Background:
I went from editing a campus paper to writing a dissertation; from teaching graduate students to writing and editing my own chapters, articles, and books. Words are my lifeblood. For 20 years I was speaking, researching, and writing in higher-education contexts. The last five years, I have spent mostly listening (in healthcare spaces).
