For my BA in English, my minor was in psychology. Originally that was mostly for character development, though since I have several psychological conditions, and know many people with at least one, it's proven useful!

For several years I've worked with persons who have developmental disabilities, and most of the people I like best are involved with helping others on many and diverse levels.
